Based in London, the Shaviram Group is a property investment firm that specialise in redeveloping existing and underutilised buildings. After seeing the success of our marketing work for a local estate agent, they approached us to promote their latest development, Baryta House. After redevelopment of the building in Southend, Baryta House has been transformed into 113 contemporary apartments, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to luxury penthouses.

Passionate about delivering an outstanding service, we put together an integrated marketing campaign for Baryta House, making the most of digital and print. We initially worked on the creation and development of the Baryta House brand, designing the logo and logomark to complement the structure of the building itself and the seaside.
The team were also tasked with designing and building a bespoke, responsive website to promote the property, where prospective tenants can learn more about the apartments, the local area and request a viewing with the estate agents. This was further enhanced by the stunning photography of Southend and Leigh and the shots of the apartments. To run alongside the website launch, we established and managed a dedicated social media and digital marketing campaign, utilising a combination of organic posting and Facebook and AdWords advertising to drive qualified traffic to the website.
No property launch is complete without a brochure, so our creative team worked hard to produce a booklet that perfectly captured what Baryta House has to offer in line with the digital marketing material. From the layout to the copy, photography to the bespoke maps, icon sets and floorplans, it was key that we produced a brochure that was professional, informative and engaging.
Making the most of our brand new signage factory in Wickford, we were also able to design, manufacture and install directional signage used throughout the building, hoardings to promote the development and the external building signage.
To help ensure the open weekend ran as smoothly as possible, our in-house development team built an exclusive web application that allowed the estate agents to reserve selected apartments in real-time so each team knew exactly which flats were still available to let.
This was an exciting project for the team to work on alongside the developers and their chosen estate agents, as our combination of integrated marketing and signage solutions were key to successfully showcasing this superb collection of apartments.
In the 2 weeks marketing period before the open weekend, the dedicated website and landing page achieved 2,037 viewings, with traffic driven from highly targeted social media and PPC campaigns, press advertisements and hoardings on site. During this period, there were 122 enquiries from the website to book a viewing.
Following the open weekend, we are delighted to share that 65 apartments were let, representing an impressive 57% of the total block!
